Radio Jimmydreamz is a proud member of "The Margarita Mafia". The Margarita Mafia (Musicians Artists & Fans In Alliance) was created to promote independent artists of the Trop Rock genre, a niche of music that has been around for a while but has recently exploded onto the independent music scene thanks to the popularity of artists such as Jimmy Buffett, Kenny Chesney, and many others. The Margarita Mafia is a "Family" of musical artists, disc jockeys, club owners, event coordinators, and fans of Trop Rock music all coming together for the purpose of bringing this music to a higher level of awareness. The Margarita Mafia is not a fan club or a charity, but is founded on a belief in making the world a better place for everyone through music.

"Captain" Jim Gay is the creator of the Original Jimmydreamz website first created in 1996. A true "Parrothead", Jim originally created Jimmydreamz as a one-stop source for all things related to Jimmy Buffett, including information on tour dates and rumors, pre-concert info, and a ticket exchange with a strict NO SCALPING guideline. Today Jimmydreamz is the source for all things Tropical. Along with info about Jimmy Buffett, you'll find information about "phlockings" all over the country with music from "Parrothead" favorites! | |
| "Big" Ed Meyer joined Jimmydreamz in the Spring of 2000, when he met Captain Jim at one of the first and greatest Jimmydreamz Pre-Concert Parties ever held. As a student of radio and television production, the idea of creating a radio station catering to the musical tastes of "Parrotheads" was an appealing challenge. After several nights of music and tequila in Key West, Jim and Ed came up with the original idea for Radio Jimmydreamz. And in July of 2004, Radio Jimmydreamz became a reality. Shortly after, our first ever live broadcast took place in Manistee, MI, and included music from Tim Krause, Jack Mosley and Caribbean Blue. |  "Big Ed" |

For more than 20 years, DJ Jeff Allen has been entertaining people in South Central PA, throughout the Mid-Atlantic area, and up and down the East Coast. Whether in a night club, a wedding reception, a company party, or other event, DJ Jeff loves to interact with the crowd while playing a wide selection of music. DJ Jeff now lends his talents to Radio Jimmydreamz both on location at special live events and as the host of "The Amish Beach Party", when his schedule permits, the Monday evening edition of ABP is broadcast live from the "Parrot Productions" studios in Lancaster, PA. | |
| "Rum Runner" Leslie Crawford may not be seen at live events, but things would fall apart behind the scenes without her. As an administrator for the Jimmydreamz Forums and the technical assistant at Radio Jimmydreamz, Leslie is a key member of the team. From Anderson, SC, Leslie is the eyes and ears of the station when the production team is on the road, providing info and feedback on live events, and managing the station operations in our absence.
